Reed Pence, Vice President | Executive Producer, Radio Health Journal

Reed Pence, Vice President of programming and co-founder of MediaTracks, leads the company’s award-winning editorial and production efforts. His more than three decades of news experience includes CBS Radio and the Associated Press Radio Network, where he  hosted and produced the network’s daily health minute. Pence has a keen understanding of how audio features relate to listeners.

Pence’s work at MediaTracks has won national awards from organizations such as MADD, the National Hearing Conservation Association, and the Board of Directors of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. He is a recipient of the National Award for Enterprise Reporting from the Associated Press and is a seven-time winner of the Peter Lisagor Award, the top honor from the Chicago Headline Club/Society of Professional Journalists. Pence is a Kappa Tau Alpha honors graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
